• Team: Reports to Senior Consultants and the Business Central team lead.
• Mission: To implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients, driving their digital transformation and operational improvements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Requirements Gathering: Participate in client meetings to gather business requirements and map them to the solution’s capabilities.
• System Configuration: Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, along with integrating key third-party products.
• Documentation & Integration: Produce essential project documentation such as Functional Requirements Documents, customization specifications, and user training materials, while also building integrations for data conversion and other requirements.
• Training & Testing: Lead end-user training sessions for clients in various formats and participate in all aspects of feature, solution, and user acceptance testing.
• Client Support & Reporting: Provide application support and assist with escalation for the help desk, alongside designing financial statements with Power BI and other reporting tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience specifically with Dynamics 365 Business Central, typically an Entry to Mid-Level role.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in software consulting and implementation, specifically focused on Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central, with in-depth experience utilizing Insight Works (IW) Product Configurator.
• Skills: Requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, project documentation creation, data integration, user training, application support, financial reporting design, and clear professional communication.
• Bonus: Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central certification.
