Business Process Analyst 1-2 (Junior/Associate-Level)
UNCOMN is seeking a Business Process Analyst 1-2 (Junior/Associate-Level) to:
- Prepare file defect reports and communicate test progress.
- Lead the root cause analysis and resolution of complex problems.
- Effectively and efficiently use all applications in Microsoft Office Suite to create and deliver accurate documentation.
- Lead change control and scope management efforts.
- Make basic-to-moderate Business Process and Organizational improvement recommendations.
- Recognize and address business processes, organizational issues, and opportunities.
- Participate in Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions and document process flows in Visio or related BPM tools.
- Lead simple-to-moderate complexity sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using a variety of methods and tools.
- Contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related professional experience.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance, granted by the US Government as needed, which requires US citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual’s eligibility.
- Self-motivated, with experience working independently in an ambiguous professional environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.
- Must be comfortable working onsite full-time at Naval Station Norfolk or at a designated partner facility within the Norfolk, Hampton, or Virginia Beach area, pending final site establishment.
- Must be comfortable meeting DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF)/8140 requirements, obtaining professional certifications as required by the client/contract.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in a similar field/course of study and/or active professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+.
- Active DoD security clearance.
- Prior military and/or government contracting experience.
- Experience participating in software or vendor/product evaluation, and selection process preferred.
