Business Management Paralegal | Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, LLC

This is a full-time hybrid role at Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, LLC (GRF), located in Century City, CA. GRF, part of Focus Financial Partners, is a leading full-service business management firm serving an exclusive group of entertainers, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. This role is crucial for supporting legal and operational activities related to business management agreements and services, ensuring efficient and accurate documentation and administration for the firm’s specialized clientele.
The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Hybrid, Century City, CA
• Pay: $85000–$125000 yearly
• Team: Supports the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of GRF, as well as the Focus Legal team.
• Mission: To facilitate the preparation, execution, and ongoing administration of business management agreements and related documentation for GRF.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Agreement Support: Support legal and operational activities related to business management agreements, including special legal projects and client-related litigation requests.
• Drafting & Review: Assist in the preparation, review, and coordination of business management agreements by drafting templates and ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Execution & Tracking: Coordinate the execution of agreements by managing signature processes, tracking status, and following up with internal and external stakeholders.
• Record Management: Maintain organized records of executed agreements, support their ongoing administration, and ensure accuracy across internal systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key point of coordination and communication between Focus Legal, GRF General Counsel, GRF Chief Operating Officer, and internal business and finance teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification (or equivalent experience) in a legal, contract administration, or legal operations domain.
• Experience: 4-8 years of paralegal, contract administration, or legal operations experience, with preference for working with commercial or service agreements.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate efficiently in a client-focused environment.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to entertainment business management or professional services environments, familiarity with document management systems, or exposure to multi-entity structures or complex business arrangements.
