This is an entry-level associate role at Cargill, available in multiple US locations including Olathe/Kansas City, KS; Amarillo, TX; Shippensburg, PA; and Wayzata/Minneapolis, MN. • Pay: $74000 yearly
• Team: This role is within Cargill’s Animal Nutrition and Health business, transitioning into a core functional team after the training program.
• Mission: To learn and positively impact key business functions within animal nutrition, contributing to global nourishment and industry evolution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn and influence strategic pricing strategies and business financials.
• Develop expertise in supply chain strategy, execution, and plant operations.
• Understand and contribute to feed formulation, commodity merchandising, trading, risk management, and sourcing.
• Engage with strategic marketing, technology development, and data and business analytics.
• Build strong customer relationships and foster a positive business culture and employee engagement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, ag economics, business analytics, animal science, or a related field, graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Experience: Willingness and ability to relocate. Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Experience contributing both individually and as part of a team.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with an aptitude to understand the big picture and detailed operations. Proven ability to solve complex problems through collaboration, creativity, and determination. Effective written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to take calculated risks and execute decisively.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0
