What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Pricing: Learn to analyze market data and develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability for animal nutrition products.
• Supply Chain Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of efficient supply chain strategies within the animal nutrition business.
• Feed Formulation: Research and innovate new feed formulations to improve animal health and nutritional outcomes.
• Commodity Merchandising & Sourcing: Participate in sourcing, trading, and risk management of commodities essential for feed production.
• Data and Business Analytics: Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights and support data-driven business decisions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position for individuals pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, ag economics, business analytics, animal science, or a related field, graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Experience: Entry-level position, participating in an intensive 12-18 month training program. Willing and able to relocate to various US locations.
• Skills: Ability to solve complex problems, strong analytical skills, ability to collaborate effectively, strong written and oral communication, and decisiveness.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0
