• Pay: $74000 yearly
• Team: Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business
• Mission: Complete an intensive training program to become a functional expert, positively impacting various aspects of the animal nutrition business to deliver healthy results for customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Pricing: Learn and apply strategic pricing methodologies to optimize business outcomes.
• Supply Chain Strategy & Execution: Develop expertise in designing and executing efficient supply chain strategies.
• Commodity Merchandising, Trading, Risk Management, and Sourcing: Understand and contribute to the management of commodities, trading activities, risk mitigation, and sourcing strategies.
• Strategic, Marketing, and Technology: Engage in strategic marketing initiatives and leverage technology for business growth.
• Data and Business Analytics: Utilize data analysis to gain business insights and inform decision-making processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited program in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, ag economics, business analytics, animal science, or a related field, graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Experience: Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer; willing and able to relocate.
• Skills: Ability to solve complex problems through collaboration, creativity, and determination; strong analytical skills with an aptitude to conceptualize the big picture and dive into details; strong communication skills, both written and oral; ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and contribute both individually and as part of a team.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
