What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Pricing: Learn and impact the development and execution of pricing strategies within the business.
• Supply Chain Strategy & Execution: Gain accountability for learning and positively impacting the planning and implementation of supply chain operations.
• Feed Formulation: Understand and contribute to the science and practice of creating balanced and nutritious animal feed.
• Commodity Merchandising: Develop expertise in the trading, risk management, and sourcing of commodities relevant to animal nutrition.
• Strategic Marketing and Technology: Learn to apply strategic marketing principles and leverage technology to advance business goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited program in supply chain, operations, business, sales, finance, agribusiness, ag economics, business analytics, animal science, or a related field; graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Experience: Entry-level position requiring eligibility to work in the U.S. without student visa sponsorship and a willingness to relocate.
• Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and cultures, solve complex problems creatively, strong analytical skills with an aptitude for both big-picture thinking and detailed analysis, and strong written and oral communication skills.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
