This specialist will play a central role in managing various operational processes within the Business Intelligence Center, driving the success of the function and ensuring a seamless service for internal clients. It’s a key position that helps evolve the team’s culture and maintains efficient, compliant operations.

• Mission: Owns the development and execution of operational processes to drive the success and culture of the Business Intelligence Center, ensuring seamless service to internal clients and the team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Administer: Administer global Business Intelligence Center research contracts, including evaluating renewal needs, reviewing usage, onboarding/offboarding users, and allocating invoice costs.
• Facilitate: Aid colleagues in implementing new research resources by guiding them through the business case process, covering budgets, approvals, demos, and procurement.
• Manage: Serve as a key relationship manager for Business Intelligence Center research and information providers, handling day-to-day interactions, negotiations, business reviews, and user training.
• Optimize: Maintain and continuously improve core operational processes that support the effective day-to-day functioning of the Business Intelligence Center.
• Document: Coordinate monthly team meetings and communications, administer onboarding for new team members, and maintain Business Intelligence Center policies, procedures, and internal documentation.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, with work experience considered in lieu of a degree; core domain knowledge in business intelligence operations.
• Experience: Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Skills: Ability to connect day-to-day activities to broader business objectives and prioritize effectively; effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English, for collaboration and clear messaging; ability to work independently to deliver accurate, timely work with professionalism and high attention to detail; excellent time management and organizational skills, adapting to changing needs with minimum guidance; strong customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
• Bonus: Proficiency in various internal and external tools and platforms, including SharePoint (AlixHub), external client portals (Gartner, Dow Jones, BvD, LexisNexis), Concur, Ironclad/Spring, Teams, ServiceNow, and Vault; comfort leveraging firm-approved AI tools and technology to support day-to-day work efficiencies and enhance productivity.
