Business Intelligence Intern | All-Star Sports Academy
The Tone:
This is an onsite internship at All-Star Sports Academy, an organization dedicated to inspiring and mentoring young athletes to become successful individuals through sports. The academy focuses on individual growth, one game, one lesson, and one player at a time. This role is crucial for transforming raw numbers into meaningful insights for a sports business currently experiencing a period of significant growth. The insights derived will directly feed into financial decisions, enhance workflow efficiency, improve data quality, and expand reporting coverage across the academy’s operations.

• Mission: Transform raw numbers into meaningful insights to support growth and strategic financial decisions for a sports business.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Support: Collaborate with the finance department, assisting directly with ongoing reporting requirements and various projects.
• Data Analysis: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns within complex data sets, subsequently providing these findings in ongoing reports and dashboards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate key data findings clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making and informed storytelling across the organization.
• Data Management: Support data entry operations across multiple internal systems to maintain data integrity and availability.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive research as needed, contributing insights for strategic planning and business development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a degree with a preference for finance, business, or a similar relevant program.
• Experience: Some demonstrated familiarity and knowledge in using data analytics tools and/or applications.
• Skills:
