• Mission: This role is responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and proactively identifying and addressing their payment processing needs through our 0% fee system.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Build and nurture relationships with new customers to expand our merchant base and introduce them to our 0% fee payment processing system.
• Client Retention: Maintain and expand connections with existing clients, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our services.
• Service Excellence: Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service, proactively addressing concerns, and following up as needed to resolve issues comprehensively.
• Needs Assessment: Understand current and anticipate future client requirements, meeting with them to assess specific needs and offer appropriate solutions and recommendations from our suite of innovative growth tools.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current products and services while continuously learning about new offerings, ensuring the ability to provide informed advice and support to clients.
The Must-Haves
• Background: We are looking for a student with foundational knowledge in sales and industry standards, demonstrating a naturally confident and approachable personality. This individual will be prepared to engage directly with clients.
• Experience: Candidates must bring 1+ years of proven sales experience and 1+ years of experience within a relevant industry, indicating familiarity with market dynamics and client expectations.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear client interactions. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain rapport. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database tools is necessary for efficient client management and reporting.
• Self-Starter: The ability to work independently as a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter is critical for success in this role.
