AI Outreach Intern | Cruze

The Tone:
This is an internship at Cruze, located remotely. Cruze is a funded deep-tech startup based in San Antonio that uses Physics-Informed Neural Networks and multi-agent AI to eliminate highway traffic wave idling for commercial trucking fleets. This role is crucial for identifying commercial fleet operators, personalizing outreach with AI tools, and converting them into 30-day free pilot programs, directly contributing to the company’s growth and their savings.

• Mission: To identify commercial fleet operators, personalize outreach using AI, and convert them into 30-day free pilot programs.
• Tech Stack: ChatGPT, Claude, Loom, LinkedIn, public DOT databases

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Use AI to research fleet companies and calculate their estimated annual idling loss before every outreach.
• Outreach: Send 20+ personalized messages per day via LinkedIn, email, or video (Loom).
• Timing: Monitor live signals like job postings, news announcements, and forum activity to trigger perfectly timed outreach.
• Conversions: Book discovery calls and 10-minute conversion calls with fleet decision-makers.
• Reporting: Log all activity in your daily tracker and submit weekly KPI reports to info@cruzemaps.com.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Open to students from any major including marketing, business, supply chain, communications, computer science, or engineering.
• Experience: Comfortable reaching out to strangers professionally via LinkedIn, email, or video. Prior outreach or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Skills: Curious about AI tools and willing to learn fast. Self-directed in setting your own hours and owning your pipeline. Ability to use AI for research and personalization.
