What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, maintaining strong performance at 100% of year-to-date goals.
• Manage Activity: Meet or surpass daily contact targets and activity metrics to ensure consistent engagement with potential customers.
• Record Interactions: Accurately and in a timely manner, log all activities and customer contacts within Salesforce.
• Develop Skills: Actively participate in the coaching process, collaborating with managers and team members to share ideas and foster mutual learning.
• Generate Opportunities: Partner effectively with sales and marketing teams to create innovative new sales campaigns that generate highly qualified sales opportunities, contributing directly to revenue conversion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. Candidates should be motivated, competitive, and possess a positive attitude.
• Experience: Commitment to a work schedule that aligns with customer business hours is required. Intermediate computer skills are necessary, along with the ability to navigate various software programs, including Microsoft applications.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, are essential for professional interactions. Candidates must demonstrate the capacity for rapid learning of new knowledge and skills, maintain stable performance under pressure, exhibit tenacity, persistence, and resilience in the face of adversity, and show an openness and willingness to adapt behavior in response to new situations.
• Bonus: Prior experience using a CRM system.
