About the Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)

InteLogix is actively seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a crucial role in supporting new business growth. This position focuses on driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and identifying new opportunities by proactively securing meetings with key decision-makers and nurturing relationships across a targeted list of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) accounts.

Success in this role demands proven experience in generating leads through targeted cold outreach, effective pre- and post-event attendee engagement, and strategic vertical and horizontal marketing campaigns. Strong communication skills are paramount for building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, guiding prospects seamlessly from initial contact through to a qualified meeting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through personalized phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach across a targeted account list.
  • Contribute significantly to the sales pipeline by consistently scheduling qualified meetings between prospective clients and Sales leadership.
  • Effectively communicate InteLogix’s value proposition through tailored messaging designed to maximize engagement, replies, and meeting conversion rates.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by accurately identifying client needs and aligning relevant marketing assets and materials to those needs.
  • Execute timely follow-up on marketing campaigns, event leads, and conference attendees, prioritizing outreach based on engagement and intent signals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, meeting, and lead records within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Meet or exceed defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for task completion, outreach activity, and meeting outcomes; provide regular performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to ensure full alignment on account strategy, messaging, and meeting quality.
  • Stay current on company offerings, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to support informed and impactful prospect conversations.
  • Utilize CRM, sales engagement, and marketing tools to efficiently manage leads, track progress, and identify pipeline opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a closely related role.
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed activity goals, SLAs, and performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Experience using CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Seamless AI, ChatGPT).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Experience supporting ABM (Account-Based Marketing) or event-driven outreach strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Basic understanding of the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), CX (Customer Experience), or contact center industry.
