💼 Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base. This is a remote, 100% commission-based role ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly motivated by performance-based earnings.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through various outreach methods.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Effectively present Novalistic.ai’s AI/automation solutions as valuable business solutions.
  • Manage and move prospects efficiently through the sales pipeline.
  • Either close deals directly or pass qualified opportunities to senior sales team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system.

✅ Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable and thrives working in a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Background or understanding of AI, SaaS, or automation solutions is a bonus.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
