Business Development Representative | Zendesk

This position is vital for generating new business and driving the sales pipeline across EMEA, contributing directly to the company’s growth. What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive new business and contribute to the strategic sales objectives for your assigned region.
• Manage an active outbound lead pipeline while ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
• Prospect into new customer accounts and expand within existing Zendesk customer groups and divisions.
• Generate high-value sales pipeline through strategic and targeted prospecting into start-up, unicorn, and enterprise businesses.
• Source new leads using social tools and represent the brand by building an outstanding customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level, with a passion for initiating or continuing a career in consultative sales. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferable.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months in a sales-related environment is required, alongside solid business experience. A proven track record of overachieving in previous roles is also desired.
• Skills: Native German and fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. An ability to thrive speaking to customers, including dialing, handling objections, and converting cold calls into pipeline. Collaboration skills, particularly with Account Executives, are essential.
• Bonus: Fluency in Polish, Bulgarian, or Romanian is a plus. Prior experience in SaaS sales is preferred.
