About the Job
This is for a Business Development Intern position.
• Location: Boston, MA, or Remote
• Type: Part-Time Internship
• Compensation: Credit-based, with an additional commission-based bonus structure.
This is a hands-on role within the growth team, seeking a motivated and curious individual. The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to building a robust sales pipeline. The focus will be across various target verticals, including hospitality, staffing, logistics, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Assisting in the research and identification of leads within target industries.
• Supporting outreach campaigns executed via email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
• Participating actively in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls.
• Helping to create pitch materials and optimize existing sales content.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment in messaging and outreach strategies.
• Staying updated on the latest industry trends in HR technology, compliance, and onboarding.
Requirements for the role:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• A self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• An interest in HR tech, SaaS (Software as a Service), compliance, or identity verification is a significant plus.
