What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Research: Identify and profile prospective clients and key decision-makers, gaining insight into their business needs and potential fit with ContinuServe’s solutions.
• Lead Generation: Utilize AI tools to support comprehensive lead generation and targeted outreach efforts, ensuring efficient identification of high-potential contacts.
• Outreach Execution: Conduct email campaigns and make phone calls to prospective clients using proven outreach scripts, aiming to initiate meaningful conversations.
• Meeting Scheduling: Secure and schedule initial meetings between qualified prospective clients and ContinuServe’s senior leadership, facilitating the progression of sales opportunities.
• Data Management: Accurately track all outreach activity and meticulously maintain prospect information within the CRM system, contributing to effective sales pipeline management.
• Strategy Participation: Actively participate in ongoing business development and growth strategy discussions, providing insights and learning about strategic market expansion.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate student with a demonstrated interest in private equity, consulting, business, finance, or technology sectors.
• Experience: Comfortable speaking with professionals by phone and email, applying proven outreach scripts and communication techniques.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building, self-motivation, organization, and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt.
