HotTakes is a free-to-play sports platform dedicated to transforming how people interact with sports betting, making it social, interactive, and completely risk-free through gamified predictions. This position is essential for expanding HotTakes’ user base and increasing its brand visibility across various networks and communities, thereby connecting brands with the next generation of sports fans. You will gain hands-on experience in growth and user acquisition within a startup environment, directly impacting the platform’s reach.

• Mission: This person is responsible for expanding HotTakes’ user base and increasing its brand visibility within various markets and communities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Growth: Drive user growth through consistent outreach, strategic referrals, and active community engagement.
• Visibility: Identify and pursue opportunities to increase the HotTakes brand visibility within your designated market and network.
• Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with student groups, local communities, and potential partners to foster collaboration.
• Strategy: Share valuable feedback and insights with the team to support ongoing growth initiatives and strategic planning.
• Events: Plan and host social activations, including watch parties, bar events, sports league and fraternity fundraisers, and online gatherings.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current university or college student, or a recent graduate from a college or university.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfort working independently in a flexible environment, and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
• Skills: Outreach, community engagement, relationship building, strategic communication, user acquisition.
• Bonus: An interest in sales, partnerships, or entrepreneurship, coupled with a passion for sports and sports culture.
