Business Development Analyst Intern | Redstone Residential, Inc.

This role is crucial for analyzing financial acquisitions, conducting quantitative analyses of investment programs, and valuing business assets to support smooth and reliable investment and acquisition processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for new clients and geographic market expansion.
• Proposal and Partnership Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders.
• Financial Acquisition Analysis: Conduct quantitative analyses of investment programs and financial data, including the valuation of business assets and underwriting potential management opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline and Performance Management: Develop and implement an outreach strategy, track and manage leads, and achieve key performance indicators related to lead generation and total leases.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level with working knowledge of economics, investment, and operational principles.
• Experience: Reviewing market data, creating presentations, performing SWOT analysis, and analyzing financial statements.
• Skills: Excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, basic accounting, strong English reading and writing, ability to manage projects and multitask under stressful conditions, and developing constructive working relationships.
• Bonus: Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred.
