• Mission: This role is responsible for driving user growth and increasing brand visibility by identifying opportunities, building community relationships, and hosting social activations.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Drive user growth: Achieve user acquisition targets through direct outreach, fostering referrals, and engaging with existing and potential communities.
• Identify opportunities: Seek out and recognize new avenues to enhance HotTakes’ brand visibility within specific markets and demographics.
• Build relationships: Establish and nurture connections with various groups, including student organizations, local communities, and potential partners, to expand the platform’s reach.
• Share feedback: Provide valuable insights and observations from user interactions and market activities to inform and support the ongoing growth strategy and product development.
• Plan and host social activations: Organize and execute engaging in-person and online events, such as watch parties, bar collaborations, sports league fundraisers, and fraternity events, to promote HotTakes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current university or college student with a demonstrated interest in sales, partnerships, or entrepreneurship.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is explicitly required, but candidates should be comfortable working independently in a flexible environment.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential; A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset is critical for success; A genuine passion for sports and sports culture is highly valued.
