• Team: Cross-functional Business Specialist team
• Mission: Develop essential business skills and gain exposure across departments and functions through a personalized program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support diverse organizational functions as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in approach.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional Business Specialist team on sales initiatives and data reporting.
• Contribute to budget planning, data/metric scoreboarding, and process improvement efforts.
• Acquire essential business skills and knowledge through practical assignments across various departments.
• Engage in customized beneficial assignments, potentially supporting teams in Controlling/Finance, Digital Solutions, Human Resources, Legal, Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement, Projects & Solutions, Research & Development, Sales/Application Engineering, Service, or Supply Chain.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in any field. Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship.
• Experience: Internship, co-op, or prior work experience in a business-related and/or customer-focused role.
• Skills: Adaptability, eagerness to learn, data reporting and tracking, budget planning, and process improvement.
• Bonus: Customer service skills or experience, demonstrated leadership skills and supportive team player, strong verbal and written communication skills with clear articulation, curiosity and openness to new challenges for problem solving, and effectiveness in giving, accepting, and implementing feedback.
