• Team: Part of the NEXUS program, collaborating with a cross-functional Business Specialist team.
• Mission: Develop essential business skills and gain broad departmental and functional exposure to support organizational objectives and accelerate career growth.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support various organizational functions as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in diverse tasks.
• Acquire essential business skills and knowledge through hands-on practical experience across our operations.
• Collaborate with the cross-functional Business Specialist team on initiatives including sales, data reporting and tracking, and budget planning.
• Engage in customized beneficial assignments, exploring specific interests while contributing meaningfully to departments such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or Manufacturing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field; entry-level position for new graduates.
• Experience: Internship, co-op, or work experience in a business-related and/or customer-focused role.
• Skills: Adaptability, strong eagerness to learn, verbal and written communication skills, and effective feedback implementation.
• Bonus: Customer service skills or experience, demonstrated leadership skills, supportive team player, and curiosity for new challenges in problem solving.
