The Tone:

This role is crucial for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) team, as it supports the building of scalable analytics frameworks and insights that drive decision-making for advertisers. What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist in Frameworks: Support the definition and implementation of analytics frameworks to measure business health and advertiser performance.
• Monitor Performance: Help build and maintain simple dashboards to track key performance indicators for the SMB sector.
• Conduct Analysis: Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Business Ops teams on in-depth analyses under senior guidance.
• Support Projects: Contribute data analysis to key initiatives such as partnership penetration, sales efficiency, and seasonality studies.
• Improve Infrastructure: Partner with the Global Business Analytics team to identify improvements in tooling, workflows, and data infrastructure.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Math, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Prior project experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities, proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data visualization techniques, basic knowledge of SQL, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Familiarity with dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Data Studio; coursework or academic projects related to advertising, SaaS, or e-commerce analytics; exposure to experimentation or A/B testing concepts; experience presenting data-driven insights to stakeholders; familiarity with Python or R.
