What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Cases: Develop business cases, impact assessments, and feasibility analyses to support strategic initiatives, process transformation, and investment decisions.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate business operating models and performance metrics to identify opportunities for productivity gains, cost savings, and enhanced resource utilization.
• Process Optimization: Conduct AS-IS process assessments and workforce capacity analysis to identify inefficiencies and design TO-BE processes that improve productivity and service delivery.
• Financial Support: Collaborate with Finance and business leadership to support annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-range planning by providing analytical insights and scenario modeling.
• Procedure Standardization: Lead initiatives to standardize billing methodologies and operational procedures across business units, ensuring compliance and improving process efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is for a Senior Business Analyst. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, along with an MBA in Finance or CA qualification.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, and 3-4 years delivering business analysis, process improvement, or transformation projects within one or more Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, data analysis) and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations; Strong understanding of business processes, Global Capability Centre operating models, shared services, and cross-functional business processes; Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating with global and cross-functional teams.
