What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Gathering: Gather, research, and structure data necessary for solving complex business problems.
• Analytical Reporting: Develop pertinent and thoughtful analyses, communicating actionable conclusions clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Strategy & Execution: Assist with creating and executing strategies, including analyzing drivers of credit performance, risk models, and underwriting policies.
• Product & Pricing Design: Help design product, pricing, and customer management strategies for various financial products.
• Campaign Optimization: Support marketing and engagement campaign test design, execution, and monitoring strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in an analytically rigorous discipline (such as Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics), to be obtained by June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to communicate articulately and concisely with stakeholders and executive leadership; a keen passion for problem-solving, data analysis, and identifying trends and insights.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience in collaborative processes, ability to follow directions while identifying defensible courses of action, adaptability to new assignments, resilience in challenges, proficiency in examining problems from stakeholder perspectives, understanding of business priorities and profitability drivers, and a basic grasp of data analytics concepts.
