2027 KeyBank Consumer Analyst Development Program – Brooklyn, OH | KeyBank

The Tone:
This is a full-time Analyst Development Program role at KeyBank, located in Brooklyn, OH. KeyBank is a large financial institution, providing a wide range of financial services to individuals and businesses. This program is critical for developing future talent within the Consumer Bank division, directly tackling challenging analytical and strategic problems. Participants will design, recommend, and implement strategies that drive bottom-line impacts for the bank while transitioning from college to a full-time career.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Structuring: Gather, research, and structure data required for solving diverse business problems.
• Strategic Analysis: Develop pertinent and thoughtful analyses with actionable conclusions and communicate them clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Strategy Execution: Assist with creating and leading strategies and their execution, including analyzing drivers of credit performance, risk models, and underwriting policies.
• Product Design: Help design product, pricing, and customer management strategies for various financial products.
• Marketing Support: Support Marketing and engagement campaign test design, execution, and monitoring strategy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in an analytically rigorous discipline such as Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics. This is an early career role designed to facilitate the transition from college to a full-time position.
• Experience: Must obtain a four-year or graduate-level degree by June 2027. Demonstrated ability to communicate articulately and concisely with stakeholders and executive leadership. A strong drive for problem-solving and working with data, coupled with a knack for identifying trends and insights.
• Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills; Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience participating in productive collaborative processes to solve business problems. Ability to follow directions while identifying a defensible course of action among alternatives. A willingness to listen to other opinions and adjust to new or changing assignments, processes, and people. Demonstrates resilience by viewing problems and challenges as opportunities to grow. Possesses a basic understanding of business priorities, profitability drivers, and data analytics concepts.
