What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis Support: Assist in the analysis and documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Business Translation: Help translate complex business needs into clear problem statements, process flows, and viable solution approaches.
• Client Engagement: Actively participate in client workshops, interviews, and crucial requirement-gathering sessions.
• Process Improvement: Assist in documenting existing business processes and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of all requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Final year Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required. Demonstrated coursework or academic projects involving business analysis, process modeling or optimization, or systems analysis or enterprise applications. Familiarity (academic or project-based) with requirements documentation, business process mapping (e.g., flowcharts, swim lanes), or a basic understanding of enterprise systems or software solutions.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work collaboratively, manage priorities efficiently, and readily incorporate feedback.
