• Mission: To deliver an outstanding breakfast experience by providing well-stocked buffets and personalized service, ensuring guest satisfaction and a clean dining environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Buffet Management: Set up and break down the daily breakfast buffet, ensuring all items like fruits, breads, cereals, and bakery selections remain well-stocked and presented throughout service.
• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, accommodate special food orders or needs, clear dirty plates, and provide drink refills as a key point of contact for an exceptional dining experience.
• Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appealing appearance of the buffet and dining areas, including replenishing silverware and condiments, and performing cleaning tasks such as mopping, wiping, and sweeping.
• Food Preparation: Execute light to moderate food preparation tasks for breakfast items and verify the quality and quantity of food products and supplies to ensure high standards.
• Team Support: Collaborate with fellow associates and other departments, assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth property operations and embody the “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. Basic understanding of hospitality service and food handling for guest-facing roles.
• Experience: No specific years required. Practical experience in food preparation, buffet setup, and direct customer interaction within a service environment.
• Skills: Effective verbal and in-person communication, strong organizational skills for managing buffet flow and cleanliness, a high degree of integrity and an outgoing personality, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
