Job Description (Detailed):

Job Title: Brand Marketing Intern

Nature of Employment: This is an unpaid, part-time internship specifically designed for skill-building and hands-on experience. It provides educational training in brand management and professional skills.

Duration & Schedule:
Internship Duration: 4-5 months.
Tentative Start Date: September 1st, 2025.
Tentative End Date: December 19th, 2025.
Extension: Possibility of extension based on mutual interest, performance, and learning objectives.
Hours/Week: 10-15 hours.

Work Environment & Location:
Hybrid Work Environment: A mix of onsite and remote work.
Onsite: 1 day a week in New York City, NY (day TBD based on intern’s schedule).
Remote: 1 Zoom meeting per week (time/day TBD based on intern’s schedule).
Location: New York City, NY.

Core Responsibilities & Learning Objectives:
The intern will play a crucial role in the company’s marketing and brand efforts, with tasks spanning:
Brand Strategy: Developing and maintaining the company’s brand strategy, voice, and visual identity.
Marketing Campaigns: Planning and executing campaigns to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Collaboration: Working closely with various teams (Marketing, Brand, CEO) to align on brand goals, create content, and execute strategies, including contributing to pitch decks and sales initiatives.
Brand Management: Overseeing the creation of branded content and ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels.
Brand Research: Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Networking & Relationships: Connecting with vendors and other collaborators, managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations.
Brand Communications: Ensuring both internal and external communications accurately reflect the brand’s values and positioning.
Sales: Actively interacting with potential customers to guide them through the sales process and drive “SSNY sales.”

Other Information:
• This position may be eligible for school credit through approved arrangements with the intern’s educational institution.
