Brand Experience Associate | FF Inc

What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and community events from start to finish, including overseeing set-up, signage, and logistics for professional execution.
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with event attendees, confidently answer questions, provide product or service information, and gather customer feedback to enhance future activations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all events align with overall brand goals and ongoing campaigns.
• Creative Contribution: Contribute original ideas for new events and experiential marketing initiatives, helping to shape future brand experiences.
• Brand Representation: Represent the company’s voice and values consistently in every interaction, supporting brand ambassadors and embodying the brand’s energy.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others career level with core domain knowledge in brand marketing, event management, promotions, or customer engagement.
• Experience: 0–2+ years of relevant experience. Entry-level candidates are welcomed to apply.
• Skills: Confident communication with diverse audiences, highly organized and detail-oriented project management, proactive self-starter with initiative, and availability for events during evenings and weekends.
• Bonus: Experience in retail, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
