Brand Experience Associate | FF Inc

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execution: Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and community events from start to finish.
• Logistics: Oversee event set-up, signage, and logistics to ensure polished, professional execution.
• Engagement: Engage directly with event attendees, answer questions, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and confidence.
• Insights: Gather customer feedback and event insights to help improve future activations.
• Representation: Represent the company’s brand voice and values in every interaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career candidates with 0–2+ years of experience in brand marketing, event management, promotions, or customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
• Experience: Proven ability in roles requiring direct interaction with diverse audiences, with a focus on delivering information confidently.
• Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; a proactive self-starter who takes initiative; strong communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Bonus: Experience in retail, hospitality, or experiential marketing; ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for events; capable of lifting and carrying event materials up to 25 lbs.
