The Tone:
This is a full-time role at FF Inc, located in Scottsdale, AZ. FF Inc is seeking a Brand Experience Associate to create memorable experiences and connect people with brands in authentic ways. This position is integral to a growing team, tasked with leading live events, pop-ups, and community activations. The role is positioned at the intersection of marketing, events, and sales, requiring active involvement rather than a supporting role. The Brand Experience Associate will be directly responsible for helping plan and execute activations, engaging directly with guests, and supporting brand ambassadors. A key responsibility is ensuring every event truly reflects the brand’s energy and core values. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and excels in environments focused on people and requiring constant initiative.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, pop-ups, and community events from start to finish, including managing set-up, signage, and logistics.
• Guest Engagement: Engage directly with event attendees, confidently answering questions and providing comprehensive product or service information.
• Insight Gathering: Gather customer feedback and critical event insights to inform and improve future brand activations.
• Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all events align seamlessly with brand goals and ongoing campaigns.
• Brand Advocacy: Represent the company’s brand voice and core values consistently in every interaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role welcomes entry-level candidates, seeking individuals with 0–2 years of professional experience in brand marketing, event management, promotions, or customer engagement.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required, alongside the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends for events.
• Skills: Possesses an outgoing, personable demeanor and confidence in speaking with diverse audiences. This role requires a proactive self-starter who consistently takes initiative and excels in environments focused on direct people interaction.
• Bonus: Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or experiential marketing is considered advantageous for this position.
