Branch Manager Trainee | Regional Finance

The Tone:
This is a full-time trainee position at Regional Finance, with a requirement for relocation for career advancement. This role is crucial for developing future leaders who can provide meaningful financial solutions and a personal touch to customer service within their communities.

• Team: Reports to a Branch Manager
• Mission: To learn the consumer finance business and RMC’s practices to effectively manage a branch office and help customers achieve their financial goals.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training & Development: Complete a comprehensive 15-month technical and soft skill training program in preparation for a Branch Manager role.
• Customer Solutions: Become a subject matter expert in RMC personal loan products to present solutions and build strong customer relationships.
• Business Growth: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to expand the branch’s loan portfolio and enhance profitability.
• Account Management: Utilize RMC account management practices to support delinquent customers and accurately receive, track, and post all payments and fees.
• Operational Support: Process loan applications, manage all branch-to-customer communications, and assist with daily branch open and close procedures.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree. Entry-Level.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products. Must pass drug screen, criminal, and credit background checks. Valid Driver’s License, access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance, willingness to relocate for career advancement, and ability to travel.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service minded, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of integrity.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, accounting, finance, economics, management, marketing), Bilingual, Leadership roles in collegiate activities, Community involvement.
