What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Reservations: Take responsibility for coordinating and confirming various client travel reservations, which includes arranging hotels, cruises, and comprehensive vacation packages.
• Manage Timelines: Actively manage all scheduling details and maintain precise reservation timelines to ensure timely and effective travel planning.
• Ensure Accuracy: Rigorously review all booking information for absolute accuracy, meticulously checking dates, traveler details, and other critical reservation data.
• Client Communication: Engage in clear and proactive communication with clients, providing timely confirmations and essential updates regarding their travel itineraries.
• Maintain Records: Systematically maintain organized and accurate records of all client bookings, communications, and relevant travel documentation.
