The TL;DR

• Mission: Guide treatment planning and support the clinical progress of children on their caseload, focusing on quality clinical work and meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Assess: Conduct behavioral assessments to understand client needs and inform treatment.
• Plan: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each child.
• Supervise: Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on your team.
• Train: Offer parent training and family guidance to support the generalization of skills.
• Monitor: Track client progress regularly and adjust treatment goals as needed for optimal outcomes.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field; early career professional.
• Experience: BCBA certification; experience supervising RBTs or completing supervision hours during training.
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities; commitment to ethical and high-quality services.
