About the Role
This internship is designed for students interested in developing hands-on Revit and BIM experience while working alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative office environment. You’ll gain exposure to real-world projects, BIM workflows, and the role BIM plays in supporting design coordination and project delivery across large-scale data center projects.

• Work alongside senior BIM professionals on real-world projects
• Learn BIM standards, model organization, and best practices
• Gain exposure to industry-standard software, workflows, and digital tools beyond Revit
• Gain insight into BIM content management, coordination, and workflow development

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Are pursuing degrees or coursework related to Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), architectural engineering, construction technology, BIM/VDC, or related building systems disciplines aligned with the work performed by our team
• Have completed a Revit course

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Compensation: $22.00 / hour
• Internship program requires completion of 400 total hours
• Interns may work between 16-36 hours per week, depending on availability and school schedule
• Program duration will vary based on weekly hours worked, typically ranging from approximately 12-24 weeks
• Structured onboarding and mentorship from experienced team members
