• Mission: Provide excellent guest service by serving beverages quickly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all guests through timely service and attention to detail.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Service: Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition, ensuring quality guest service with friendliness during all interactions.
• Process Orders: Familiarize yourself with cocktails and their prices to ensure proper ordering and timely expedition of beverage orders, adhering to established calling orders.
• Drive Sales: Suggest and upsell cocktails to guests, observing and anticipating their needs to fulfill additional requests promptly.
• Manage Station: Keep your assigned workstation clean, including ashtrays and coin wrappers, perform assigned side work, and complete all job tasks in a timely manner.
• Handle Cash: Follow all cash handling procedures as listed in the Food & Beverage Manual and maintain compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or equivalent required; this role is suitable for early career professionals.
• Experience: One (1) year of experience as a server in a fast-paced environment is preferred, along with proven cash handling experience.
• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors, must be able to carry and balance a tray, provide excellent guest service, and establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino.
• Bonus: Must possess a friendly, outgoing personality, maintain a positive attitude at all times, demonstrate exceptional work habits, be able to work a flexible schedule, and be 21 years of age to fulfill job requirements.
