What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Education: Educate clients thoroughly on a range of tailored life and supplemental benefit solutions offered by the firm.
• Virtual Presentations: Conduct effective and professional presentations of benefit solutions to clients using Zoom, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Relationship Building: Proactively develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Portfolio Management: Manage client portfolios with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring client needs are met.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently to achieve personal goals while actively contributing to the overall success and high performance of the team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level position. Candidates are required to possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are mandated for this role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship (CPT, OPT, or F1 Visa status are not supported).
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication skills for client interactions, excellent relationship-building skills to foster lasting connections, a high degree of self-motivation for career growth, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining professionalism.
• Bonus: Prior experience in finance, sales, or business is considered a valuable asset, though not a prerequisite.
