What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts, ensuring reliable store coverage.
• Quality Control: Meet all store operating policies and standards, including consistently providing quality beverages and food products to customers.
• Customer Service: Engage with and attentively understand our diverse customers, discovering and responding to their needs through clear, pleasant, and effective communication.
• Preparation: Accurately prepare food and beverages according to standard Starbucks recipes or customized specifically for customers, including making precise recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients, or substituted ingredients.
• Store Support: Be available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift, which includes efficient cash handling procedures and maintaining overall store safety and security.
