Job Description: Barista

As a Barista, you will be empowered with the necessary skills and products to consistently make the customer’s day memorable. Your primary role involves offering a delightful experience through a range of products and services. This includes preparing and serving customers’ favorite beverages, introducing them to new and exciting pastry and food offerings, showcasing merchandise, and providing unique whole beans.

The essence of the role lies in delivering engaged service, which is a key driver for customers returning to Starbucks. As a Barista, you are responsible for ensuring customers “java nice day” during each visit. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting with customers and find fulfillment in making their day special through a favorite Starbucks beverage.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Provide engaged service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a wide array of favorite Starbucks beverages.
• Present and sell new and existing pastry and food offerings.
• Handle merchandise and unique whole bean sales.
• Contribute to a memorable customer experience through every interaction.
