What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Transform routine banking tasks into positive experiences by assisting new customers and guiding business owners.
• Financial Confidence: Proactively identify and address customers’ unspoken needs to enhance their financial confidence and control.
• Relationship Management: Deepen relationships with existing customers and welcome new customers into the Westpac community.
• Digital Advocacy: Champion digital banking solutions and coach customers in using various tools and technology.
• Community Contribution: Actively contribute to Westpac’s growth and presence in the local neighbourhood through steady, trusted guidance across services.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional with a strong affinity for people, adept at tackling challenges, and committed to community involvement.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role, with proven ability to engage in conversations and achieve outcomes for customers and the business.
• Skills: Confident, engaging communication skills for rapidly building trust; proven problem-solving and aptitude for uncovering customer needs; digital confidence for coaching customers; strong organisational skills and attention to detail; commitment to ethical decision-making.
• Bonus: Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
