What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Development: Train, coach, and observe team members in serving guests effectively.
• Equipment Expertise: Teach team members fundamental operations of department equipment, including mixing, scaling, baking, slicing, and finishing.
• Merchandising & Sales: Provide input into merchandising decisions and help implement marketing strategy, cross-merchandising, and sales programs.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve guest and team complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Performance Management: Manage sales, gross profit margin, labor-scheduling, and department standards to accomplish goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Management position requiring a vast knowledge of related products and a willingness to learn.
• Experience: One to three years of retail experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent guest service skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word, and Excel; ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
