The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: Retail Grocery Location (In-person)
• Mission: Ensure a positive, efficient, and accurate checkout experience for grocery customers, contributing to increased confidence and loyalty.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Service: Provide continuous, attentive, and friendly customer service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
• Bagging & Loading: Accurately pack customer purchases to prevent damage, then transport and load groceries into their vehicle.
• Store Maintenance: Collect shopping carts from various areas, return discarded or returned merchandise, and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Price Verification: Check and verify merchandise prices across all departments as needed to ensure accurate transactions.
• Loss Prevention: Notify management of any associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement, or other illegal actions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Meet legal and company age requirements to perform job functions, and successfully complete pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Experience: Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently, understand and follow English instructions, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
