The Tone:
This is an internship at Springer Capital, located remotely for a 3-month duration. Springer Capital is looking for enthusiastic individuals to gain hands-on experience in backend development. What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Assist in the development and maintenance of backend services and APIs.
• Manage Data: Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data storage and retrieval.
• Integrate: Collaborate with frontend developers to seamlessly connect user interfaces with server-side logic.
• Optimize: Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance backend performance for efficiency.
• Contribute: Participate in code reviews and team discussions, and document technical processes and contributions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student level, eager to learn backend development.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of at least one backend language/framework (Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, or similar). Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
