Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program offers a comprehensive training curriculum including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world customer engagement. Participants will gain experience working with various clients, from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Program Highlights:
• Stipend & Bonus: A $1,000 monthly stipend during the program and a $2,000 graduation bonus. Relocation bonuses may also be available.
• Compensation Change (Effective February 1, 2025): The program will transition to a base salary and commission structure. Months 1 and 2 will offer a $57,000 base salary. In months 3 and 4, the base salary will be $48,300, with the potential to earn $17,000 in yearly commissions upon meeting sales goals.
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training focusing on advanced technology solutions, customer service, and sales goal achievement.
• Real-World Experience: Hands-on experience interacting with real customers and working on various sales tasks, including acquiring new business and managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Successful completion leads to a placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected during application (subject to availability – check placement map on website).
• Skills Development: The program is designed to build skills in sales, technology, customer service, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
