Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program provides comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world sales experience with diverse clients (from small businesses to multinational organizations). Participants will:
• Develop Sales Skills: Hone sales techniques, learn to solve business problems using advanced technology, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales goals.
• Gain Experience: Secure new business, manage existing accounts, and build a strong foundation for various sales roles within AT&T Business.
• Compete and Thrive: Access tools and connections to become a top sales performer in a competitive environment.
• Geographic Preference: Select a preferred geographic market upon application. Placement in a specific city within that market will depend on availability (refer to the placement map on the company website).
After successful completion of the program, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
Compensation and Benefits:
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met)
• $4,500 sign-on bonus
• Potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend.

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (Business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Weekly Hours: 40

• Location: Dallas, Texas (although placement is in various markets after program completion)
