About AT&T:

Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program

This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch your career in B2B sales within AT&T Business. The program offers comprehensive training and real-world experience, allowing participants to engage with diverse clients ranging from small business owners to multinational corporations.

Program Details:

• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals) + $4,500 sign-on bonus. Relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends may be available in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led, interactive training covering various sales techniques and technologies.
• Experience: Hands-on experience working with real clients, developing sales skills, and contributing to sales goals. You’ll learn to secure new business and manage existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Upon successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website). Placement within a specific city within that market depends on availability.
• Job Responsibilities: Solving business problems using advanced technology, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The program will prepare you for a variety of sales roles within AT&T Business.

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
