Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program offers a comprehensive training curriculum, including instructor-led interactive training and real-world experience engaging with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. Participants will gain practical skills in:
• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting sales goals.
• Securing new business.
• Managing existing business customers.
The program is highly competitive, providing participants with the tools and connections to become top sales performers. Upon successful completion, graduates will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Participants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (see placement map on the website) when applying, with placement based on availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
• $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (when sales goals are met).
• $4,500 sign-on bonus.
• Potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend (depending on circumstances).

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales is essential.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, is preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S. is required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
Location: While the job posting lists Dallas, Texas, the program offers the opportunity to select a geographic preference from a list of available markets, indicating potential placement across multiple locations. This will be determined based on availability after successful completion of the program.
