Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus, with potential for additional relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend (depending on circumstances).
Program Details:
• Comprehensive Training: The program includes instructor-led interactive training.
• Real-World Experience: Participants engage in real sales processes with diverse clients, from small businesses to multinational organizations.
• Skill Development: The program focuses on honing sales skills, utilizing advanced technology to solve business problems, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales goals.
• Competitive Environment: Participants are provided with tools and connections to excel as top sales performers.
• Diverse Challenges: The program covers a range of responsibilities, from acquiring new clients to managing existing accounts.
• Career Progression: Upon successful completion, participants are placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market from a list (specific markets are detailed on the company website’s placement map). Placement within the chosen market is based on availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary and Commission: A base salary of $57,000 plus a potential $23,000 in yearly commissions upon meeting sales goals.

Qualifications:
• Strong desire to begin a sales career.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
