Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program at AT&T designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed for a successful sales career within the company. The program offers a comprehensive training curriculum, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world sales experience interacting with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to multinational corporations.
Program Highlights:
• Sign-on Bonus: $4,500
• Relocation & Housing: Potential relocation bonuses and monthly housing stipends (depending on circumstances).
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions yearly (upon meeting sales goals).
• Training: Instructor-led interactive training, practical experience engaging real customers, and using advanced technologies to solve business problems.
• Career Progression: The program prepares participants for various sales roles within AT&T Business, with placement in an outside sales role upon successful completion.
• Geographic Preference: Applicants can select a preferred geographic market; placement within that market will depend on availability. A placement map is available on the company website.
• Skill Development: The program focuses on developing various sales skills, including new business acquisition and existing customer management.
Responsibilities:
Participants will work with advanced technology to solve business problems, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales goals. They will gain experience in various sales activities, including securing new business and managing existing client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Strong desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
