Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program designed to launch sales careers. The program offers comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world sales experience working with diverse clients (from small businesses to multinational organizations). Participants will:
• Gain hands-on experience in the sales process.
• Utilize advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Develop excellent customer service skills.
• Achieve sales goals and thrive in a competitive environment.
• Learn to secure new business and manage existing accounts.
Upon successful completion, participants will be placed in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Geographic preference can be selected from a list of available markets (specific markets are available on the company website).
Program Details:
• Compensation: $57,000 base salary + $23,000 in commissions (upon meeting sales goals). A $4,500 sign-on bonus is also offered, with potential for relocation bonuses and a monthly housing stipend in certain circumstances.
• Training: Instructor-led, interactive training.
• Duration: 4 months.
• Location: Various locations across the U.S. (candidates choose a preferred market; placement depends on availability).
• Post-Program Role: Outside Sales role within AT&T Business.
Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
